This action will redirect you to a new page where you will see the option ‘Not Yet Member – New Registration’. Click on this link to access another page that features the online application form for new registrations. Fill out all mandatory fields with precise personal and service details to complete your registration successfully.
Approval from CSD AFD Team: The CSD AFD Team reviews your online application for approval. If it meets their entitlement policy and your information is accurate, approval will take 5 to 8 working days. You’ll receive an email notification once approved, allowing you to update your account and create a user profile.
First Time Registration and Login in AFD CSD Portal: Upon first login to the CSD AFD Portal, users should change their password by clicking the ‘Lost Your Password’ link and entering their associated email ID. A reset link will be sent to the email, which may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. After resetting the password, users can log in using their new password and a One Time Password (OTP) sent to their mobile for verification.

Besides these individual smart cards, all URCs are granted Bronzecards according to their dependency status. The purpose of distributing Bronze cards is to tackle unexpected situations, such as the loss of personal smart cards or delays in receiving replacements. Additionally, they ensure smooth functioning during routine barakhana and group liquor distribution. These cards remain valid for a decade from the date they are issued and are subject to annual renewal.
AFD and Non-AFD Items in CSD Canteen
AFD and Non-AFD items in the CSD represent a classification based on whether products are categorized as “Against Firm Demand.” Non-AFD items cover a broad spectrum of essentials, such as household goods, personal care products, beauty items, everyday commodities, alcoholic beverages, food items, stationery, and medical supplies. Conversely, AFD-I items are those valued over Rs 8000 and are divided into two categories: four-wheelers and two-wheelers, along with white goods. Examples of AFD-I include vehicles like cars and bikes, as well as electronic gadgets, while AFD-II consists of appliances like ovens, geysers, sewing machines, and cooking ranges.
